Challenge

Online academies increasingly face the challenge of providing individual and effective learning guidance. Action

To tackle this issue, an AI agent based on GPT technology was implemented as a digital educational advisor. This AI analyzes user profiles, previous knowledge, and goals to generate customized learning paths. More than 60 percent of users rated the AI guidance as “better than human advising.” Satisfaction and retention rates rose significantly, and support requests decreased—leading to better use of internal resources and overall improved learning efficiency.

Perspective

Next steps include expanding the AI agent’s capabilities with emotional intelligence and career advising modules. Plans are in place to scale the solution across multiple languages and regions.
