Müller Sanitär GmbH, a leading company in sanitary technology, faced a major challenge: the process of handling tenders was extremely time-consuming and prone to errors. Every tender had to be manually analyzed, positions extracted, evaluated, and calculated according to internal company guidelines.
This manual approach led to long processing times and significant employee workload. Moreover, manual calculations were prone to errors, causing the company to miss out on lucrative project opportunities. A more efficient solution was urgently needed to secure a competitive advantage while improving the quality of offers.

To address this challenge, Müller Sanitär GmbH implemented an AI-based workflow. The AI automatically analyzes tenders, extracts relevant positions, evaluates them according to company-specific guidelines, and generates complete calculations and offers.
The workflow was integrated into existing systems and trained on Müller Sanitär’s specific processes. The project team included six employees, IT support, and external AI consultants.
This automation minimized errors and drastically reduced processing time compared to the previous manual workflow.
